The Comfort Chair

In this exercise we decided to push the limits of the wood by creating a 2D model that can be assembled in 3D with drying links.
In addition we wanted to move away from the idea of a motionless chair so we decide to create movement thanks to its rocking system.
We have been working through a 3D model rihno that we then decomposed in 2D for CNC printing
The difficulty was to understand good dimensions and the good center of weight to get a comfortable living room chair. We decided to create a large chair of 80 cm allowing more than the simple sitting position.
